Dear Church Family,

Thank you for taking a few minutes to read this email.   It will be brief.  There are just two things I want to touch base with you about today:

1st.  Please pray for our parking situation. It’s been a blessing to have the new property and to be able to park on the hill.  We’re still getting through the permitting process, and the “best case scenario", at this point, is to begin construction in the early spring.  

Looking ahead, we’re going to have some challenges this winter.  A dirt and grass hill cannot be plowed or salted when it snows.  When it thaws, until the ground freezes again, it will be a muddy mess.   Then when construction begins, we’ll not have access to the hill for parking until it is complete.  So we're facing a significant time without the use of the hill for parking.

We want to see the Lord’s solution.   So please pray for our leadership to have wisdom in knowing what to do.  Meanwhile, if you attend first service, would you pray about possibly attending second instead?   It may help a bit if we can balance out attendance, for now. 

2nd.  This Wednesday evening at 7 p.m., we’re going to have a special Thanksgiving Eve Service.  We’ll worship, I’ll share a message about giving thanks, we’ll hear a special testimony, and we’ll share in communion together.  I hope you can join us!  I’m looking forward to beginning this Thanksgiving holiday with many of you!
